•  Ser estudiante o recién titulado de Ciclos Formativos de Grado Superior de los centros que forman parte del Consorcio para la movilidad en prácticas-León con perfil de Dirección en Servicios de Restauración.

SE OFRECE:

•  Programa formativo:

-Serve food and beverage to the guest as per the course
-Observe guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service
-Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
-Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
-Handle complaints and concerns of customers, Report on management regarding complains, service problems and productivity standards
-Gain  food and beverage management experience
-Provide food and beverage product knowledge

•   Dotación económica: 657€ + Alojamiento + Comidas + Uniformes
  

•   Duración: Verano 2017
