English and European languages
Due to the expansion process of our office in Asturias, CSC is hiring
several Helpdesk Agents with high level of English and other European
languages.
The role of a Helpdesk Agent is to be in charge of:
- ensuring optimal servicing of clients,
- developing department objectives and plans to accomplish them,
- overseeing the verification of work requests to ensure that those
approved are complete, accurate, and comply with standards,
- utilizing prepared queue data and reports to monitor the achievement
of contract and service level agreements and project commitments
Requirements:
- High level of English (The interview will be done fully in English)
- High level of any other of the following European languages: German,
Italian, Portuguese, Dutch or French
- Windows and Office user
